Hey y’all, whew! Is anyone else dodging the next headline every time they open their phone? The world keeps moving fast, but one thing that’s been grounding me is this: community and collaboration are everything. Three years ago, I scribbled a vision in my journal, a space where wellness, community, and business could co-exist. A space where people could reconnect with themselves, gain clarity, and move forward with purpose. ✨ That vision became Calm & Co. ✨ A pop-up wellness studio here in Downtown Tulsa that took on a life of its own and became proof of what’s possible when we combine vision, structure, and collective effort. Here’s What Happened:✔️ 143 people walked through our doors, experiencing yoga, sound baths, EFT/hypnosis, astrology, and more. The wildest part? Why This Matters Right NowBlack Wall Street wasn’t just about business, it was about cooperative economics, about creating systems that benefit the whole community. And that’s still the blueprint. What are you working on? How can we support each other in 2025? Let’s talk. No pressure, just a conversation to connect and see what’s possible. 📅 Let’s grab 15 minutes → HERE Oh, and if you want to see how the Calm & Co. pop-up came to life, check out the wrap-up reel.
