Hey y’all, whew!
Is anyone else dodging the next headline every time they open their phone? The world keeps moving fast, but one thing that’s been grounding me is this: community and collaboration are everything.
Three years ago, I scribbled a vision in my journal, a space where wellness, community, and business could co-exist—a space where people could reconnect with themselves, gain clarity, and move forward with purpose.
✨ That vision became Calm & Co. ✨
A pop-up wellness studio hee in Downtown Tulsa that took on a life of its own and became proof of what’s possible when we combine vision, structure, and collective effort.
Here’s What Happened
✔️ 143 people walked through our doors, experiencing yoga, sound baths, EFT/hypnosis, astrology, and more.
✔️ 3 new instructors got a platform to share their gifts with the community.
✔️ 1 private + 3 corporate wellness sessions helped bring clarity and calm to individuals and teams.
✔️ We grew from 0 to 638 Instagram followers, creating a space for mindful living.
✔️ 222 new email subscribers joined our journey.
✔️ New partnerships with local businesses expanded the vision.
✔ ️ And a whole new writers’ community was born—just from casual conversations and shared passion in a workshop.
The wildest part? This happened using the same framework that built Black Wall Street, focusing on community, resource-sharing, and sustainable systems.
What are you working on? How can we support each other in 2025? Let’s talk. No pressure, just a conversation to connect and see what’s possible.
